Heartsaver CPR courses are designed to teach the life-saving skills of CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.
The American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR courses are intended for non-medical responders including corporate and retail employees, security, law enforcement, health and fitness staff or anyone who needs basic CPR certification.
Upon completion of the course a certification card is provided thorough the American Heart Association.

This program will prepare students to identify and begin treatment of common life-threatening emergencies such as:

  • A person having a heart attack or stroke
  • A person suffering from cardiac or respiratory arrest
  • A person who is choking
  • A child or infant with a respiratory or cardiac emergency

Students are guided step by step through video and instructor lead hands-on practice. The training environment is stress-free and designed to help facilitate learning for those who wish to learn CPR and automated external defibrillation AED.

Course registration typically opens 30-60 days prior to the class date.

A HeartSaver First Aid course is offered the same day immediately following the CPR training.
