Corey Wells-Marion has been a valuable member of the HVA team since 2020, when he was hired as a Mobility Transportation Driver for Huron Valley PACE. During his time as a PACE driver, he completed the HVA EMT and Paramedic programs, earning his paramedic license in 2024 and being promoted to Senior Paramedic in 2025. His quick progression through the ranks is an inspiration to his coworkers, who are impressed by his determination and commitment.

​Corey is known as personable, friendly, and intelligent – upon meeting him, his smile is one of the first things people notice. He has a passion for EMS, which shows in the care and compassion he demonstrates for others and his expert-level clinical care, ensuring his patients feel heard and that their needs are met. The pride Corey has in his work and his attention to detail are evident in all he does. He is an excellent mentor for new employees and students, taking the time to help them develop their skills and become strong providers themselves.

​A dedicated learner, Corey is continually striving to better himself and continue his education as a healthcare provider. He is currently pursuing a degree in nursing and, most recently, joined our Tactical Rescue Team, where he is learning to provide patient care in difficult, high-stakes environments.

​Between work and school, Corey enjoys spending his personal time with friends, working out at the gym, and playing basketball.
