Geoffrey Hill has been a valued employee since he began his career with Emergent Health Partners in 2014. Geoff began his service at our Huron Valley Ambulance Plymouth station as a paramedic and was promoted to Field Training Officer before transferring to our Monroe Community Ambulance operations. Geoffrey is a true definition of a Star of Life, and this shows in his ability to treat all patients with the utmost care, respect, and compassion. Geoff is respected by his coworkers, hospital staff, and first responders from partner agencies. His professionalism is top tier, and the impact he has on his patients, community, and the profession of EMS is invaluable.

Geoff is a role model for excellence in EMS and strives to do his best daily. He is a source of support for newer employees and has a passion for teaching and guiding them on the best practices for delivering the best possible patient care in a safe and timely manner. He is an example of exemplary patient care, always going the extra step with every patient encounter to ensure they are cared for, comfortable, and delivered safely to the hospital of their choice. His attention to detail is unparalleled, and he ensures that his documentation is done with the utmost accuracy and patient reports are submitted quickly. 

Geoff’s career in emergency medical services began while serving in the US Army from 2007 to 2014 as an Army paramedic. He holds both American and English citizenship and enjoys traveling back to England to see family and friends and to eat fish and chips. When not at work, Geoff values spending time with his children, girlfriend and their friends, grilling out poolside, and having a good time. He appreciates straight lines on his lawn and a well-manicured landscape free of any weeds. Geoff spends time at the gym to keep himself in great physical condition, which benefits his on-the-job performance. He is known for his fun personality, which always brings a laugh from coworkers and friends alike.
