Kathleen Arthur has been part of the LifeCare Ambulance team for 13 years. Serving with our Mobility Transportation division, Kathleen began her career as a Mobility Transportation Driver in 2012 before being promoted to a Team Leader and, most recently, a Coordinator for our operations with PACE of Southwest Michigan. In her role as Coordinator, Kathleen has developed an outstanding relationship with the PACE center, ensuring the needs of PACE and the seniors we serve are met.

Kathleen is known as a reliable, friendly, and stable presence at LifeCare. Her continual positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to take on new projects head-on have ensured the quality performance of our Mobility Transport division and created a positive working environment for our employees. Kathleen has a caring personality and is a strong teammate. She wants to see both her coworkers and our PACE operations succeed. Kathleen handles any challenge that comes her way with ease and always strives for success.

Outside of work, Kathleen values spending time with her husband and three sons. She loves gardening, boating, bonfires, offroading, and tropical vacations where she can SCUBA dive.
