Courtney has been part of the Monroe Community Ambulance team since 2020. Besides being an outstanding Senior Paramedic, Courtney is also a Team Leader at MCA, using her time in this role to create a solid training program for our employees. She has spent a lot of time adapting this program to work best for our team and works hard to support our employees in reaching the highest standards. Additionally, she spends her time setting up CEs every month to ensure that employees have the resources they need to keep up to date on their skills. Courtney is dependable, adaptable, and always goes above and beyond. Courtney also worked to improve interagency camaraderie and recently set up an outdoor volleyball tournament for first responders, including EMS, Fire, Law Enforcement, and ED personnel. She is a valued member of the team, and we appreciate her dedication. Congratulations on being named Star of Life!
