This is an application for those wishing to volunteer with Emergent Health Partners.

Have you ever been convicted of or pled no contest or guilty to a felony?(Required)

Are you currently awaiting trial or other disposition of a felony charge in connection with which you are currently out on bail or out on your own recognizance?(Required)

Are you a current student with HVA EMS Education?(Required)
