JoDawna has served with LifeCare Ambulance as an EMT for over ten years. For the past two years, she has also taken on the role of Field Training Officer, allowing her to mentor and support new EMTs who join our organization. As an FTO, JoDawna supports our new employees in many ways and is willing to tackle any skills that will help EMTs grow into high-level providers. She makes herself available to her trainees, follows up, and ensures they are ready to succeed in their role. JoDawna is known for being compassionate, caring, and an advocate for her patients. Her customer satisfaction scores are consistently high, and she receives compliments from her partners, trainees, and patients alike.
