Michelle has served with Jackson Community Ambulance since 2020. Initially, she joined our team as a Thome PACE wheelchair van driver before moving into an operations support role. In her time with us, Michelle has quickly become known as someone who often goes above and beyond to help, including sometimes volunteering her own time when there is a job she wants to tackle. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she regularly comes up with solutions that enhance operations. Michelle played a crucial role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency in projects such as reorganizing the supplies and par levels at the stations and assisting with the oxygen switch over. Michelle’s hard work, dedication, and diligence are recognized by all of her coworkers. Congratulations on being named Star of Life, Michelle, and thank you for being part of the South Central team.
